RULES
Bella Casa strives for Customer Satisfaction with clear communication and revision with you as a customer in mind our job is to provide the best concept you have imagined for your home/landscape/event. Please take some time to review our rules before booking to make sure that Bella Casa is the best fit for your vision. It Follows
1. When booking with Bella Casa you as a customer acknowledged that you are accepting all Prices included in the consultation and revision of your request. Prices will only be changed if you as the customer require additional services only or if you accept the payment plan option.
2. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS !! all payments and purchases are final. As a company, we understand that life happens, and with that being said we can work out other methods to get your vision done. With the right communication, we can work with you for other services but as for a refund, we do not practice such requests. Please understand that when you submit a payment those funds are distributed among staff for their time, availability, and pre-planning for your request. IT IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
3. Once your payment has been received a time frame will be provided for your service request to be completed. Depending on how big the job is a reasonable time will be reviewed with you. Please note that the time frame cannot be changed once accepted. Bella Casa is responsible for making your vision a possibility and that takes time and creative thought to make it all come together. Bella Casa provides priority job requests if time is the most important.
4. Time availability is always made clear on our web page, Discord, and social media. There are always limited spots while booking with Bella Casa we will not be able to hold your spot if by the 3rd attempt to reach out to you as a customer has fallen unsuccessful, you will be removed from the list and your spot will be placed back on open. Recovering your spot you understand that due to the lack of communication, you will be charged an 800L as a penalty fee that is nonrefundable or used to pay for your services this is an extra charge for our time and consideration to take you back as a client.
5. Once Bella Casa provides a time and frame to start your service request please be aware that we would need your rights to your objects or if you looking for landscaping services we would need rights to terraform your land. We will not be able to recover the days lost if we have to wait for you to provide the request to start working. We ask you to be prepared and ready to provide this request since we have provided you with a time frame to get it done and would like to be as prompt as possible.
6. Bella Casa requires you to understand that while working on your land to have no one on the land while working or keep scripts and objects preloaded if needing to be on the land for a fair moment decorating and landscaping creates additional lag if needing to land somewhere in Secondlife please prepare for that arrangement ahead of time. Little to none is the best choice for us to work fast and diligently to get the service done with no distractions or lag. We appreciate your patience. Bella Casa will remind you that we do not work on weekends which means that starting Friday at 10 pm Central time will stop working on the project and continue on the next business day. There will be no exceptions. We strive for perfection and to provide the best quality of work, we need time to recover mentally so please understand why we will not be working on weekends.
7. Any slander on our social media pages will lead to a revision of our conversation as a client and Bella Casa. As a customer, you understand that by accepting these terms you understand that we will be forced to respond accordingly providing evidence of our conversations and acknowledgments. Bella Casa is a business and we strive to work for you and keep your wishes fulfilled to the best of our capability. You as a customer are responsible for communicating things you are displeased with during your first walk-through. We are not responsible for changes you want to be made after we are done working on your room/land/event and the final walk through has been accepted. We are available through all social media platforms at any time including Discord do not use the excuse that you were not able to reach us. Communication is key to resolving matters and expressing worries Bella Casa is here to help at all times so please reach out to the best of your capability to make sure we are at an understanding before things get out of hand. 8. After the final walk, we will go over with you how everything works if it needs to be explained as for poses furniture ext. All objects rezzed by our staff will be locked. Bella Casa does not provide object rights once finished if you need to unlock an object there is an additional 2k for rights to move objects around to your liking this is not forced but an option for the future you can request rights at any time as long as you provided your receipt. For your services, this receipt will be sent out to you once you make your first payment inworld and Discord. If by any chance you do decide to purchase our object rights and accidentally mess up any of the work that was previously done, we provide additional restoration fees that can range from 1-3k depending on the damages. If by any chance all our objects are returned for whatever reason and the landscape has been reset by the owner will we not be able to restore the work on your land for a lesser fee you will have to rebook but will be set as a priority customer ( that does not mean we will rush to finish your restoration request it only means we will be working on this as on-top of our projects and we will finish as soon as we can ) this will be free of charge as a returning customer but is not a rushed request.
9. If for any reason you like to cancel our services without reasonable explanation there will be a retake client fee of 3k that is non-refundable or used for a service request. If you want to come back and book with us again there is no payment plan option for any additional fault fees. We cannot express communication is key and we are here to help so please understand the additional fees if you choose to take this route.
These Rules and Policies are set in place to protect Bella Casa and its staff please do not book our services if you're not happy with these regulations. Bella Casa has the right to deny services to anyone at any date and time please note that by accepting these terms you understand all the rules and you understand and acknowledge that you are choosing to work with us on your own. Bella Casa will not be at fault for any miscommunication or errors if not discussed with us at any time. We have the rights to all these rules and names and will be sued for TM if we find our work and words stolen please be advised that Bella Casa does not take plagiarism lightly and we will work to protect our team and staff at all times! This a family-owned business and it is our priority to provide our customers fair pricing and custom builds if found guilty you will find yourself with a Daca form so be aware if found guilty you will be responsible for all charged fees owed to us business thank you for time and understanding.
